Wellness Workshops

Mindful Body & Soul offers Wellness Workshops regularly on a variety of topics to support the health and wellbeing of its clients.  These workshops provide information to support physical health and also grow spiritually.  For example, workshops topics may include meditation, releasing negative emotions, benefits of massage, connecting with your higher self, self love, the power of forgiveness, empowerment and the gifts of gratitude. 

Each person touches so many lives, and when one person’s vibration increases, it has a positive affect on those around them. Therefore, by providing these programs to our clients, we believe the impact will be felt throughout the community in which we live, and by extension, throughout the world.
